If you want privacy, the smell of the woods, waking up to the birds (in a King master bedroom bed) and relaxing in the hot tub within your own wooded oasis, then we would love for you to be our guests! Room to roam on 4.8 acres, yet only 1.1 mile from Downtown Mentone. Woodland views. Enjoy the deer, fox, Turkey, bear and other wildlife on the property.  Our little Irish cottage is great for a romantic retreat or bring the kids!  Open the door of the little shake Cottage to find a warm and welcoming 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage.  Walk, drive or cycle 1.1 miles to downtown Mentone!  This is a PRIVATE accommodation. 
Children are welcomed however, please be aware that toddlers, children younger than 7 and adults with balance issues may have difficulty climbing the vertical ships ladder to the loft (this is the second bedroom, main bedroom on first floor). We do provide a Regalo toddler cot for your convenience.

** A note about internet - While internet  is NOT available in our part of the woods, you can use your phone as a "hotspot" if you have an adequate signal. AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon (depending on the phone) seem to do the best here. No Sprint service! ​
