  • No Interest if Paid in Full in 6 Months: This option requires you to make minimum monthly payments, as described in your billing statement. Interest will accumulate during the promotional period, starting from the date of purchase. If you pay this promotional balance in full by the promotion expiration date, you won’t be charged interest on this promotional purchase.  

 

*A two night minimum is required on all reservations excluding major holidays and festivals which may require 3 nights.  Memorial weekend, July 4th, Antique Alley, Longest Yard Sale, Rhododendron Festival, Colorfest are an example of events that may require a 3 day reservation.  Thanksgiving,  Christmas and New Years require a minimum 3 days that INCLUDE the actual holiday.  No check in or check out on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New years Eve and New Years day.  Please inquire if you have questions.  Week-ends are booked Friday -Sunday.  We don't have check in or check out on Saturday.  


2024 Rates

Cottage (2 night minimum)

Weekday Rates:  131.00, Sunday - Thursday

Weekend Rates:  139.00, Friday, Saturday

Cleaning Fee:  60.00

Caboose ( 2 night minimum)

Weekday Rates:  121.00,  Sunday -Thursday:  

Week-end Rates: 131.00,  Friday Saturday 

Caboose Housekeeping charge:  50.00

Other fees:  Reservation CHANGE fee:   ANY changes to your reservation outside of the no refund period will incurr a 25.00 change fee.  We do not change dates if you are within the 2 week, no refund period.   We usually cannot re-book dates within that time period.  Please be sure of your availability for the dates you reserve BEFORE you secure your dates.  

Administrative refund fee:  When we take payment through Paypal we are charged between 3.0-3.5%  processing fee that is NOT returned when we refund a guest.  Any refund will be less 3.5%,  

Alabama Tax:  7.5% 

Late Check out fee or early check in fee:  $45.00 ( IF AVAILABLE), allows check out at 2:00)  

***Wood:  Free,   Enough for a cozy, 3 hour fire each night of your stay. FIreplace open approx Nov-Feb. dependent on temperatures.

Cancellation policy

100% (less 3.5% non refundable paypal fee) refund if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date

NO refund if cancelled 14 days days prior to arrival

*Holiday and Festival bookings:  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentines day weekend, Memorial day, 4th of July,  Labor day, Antique Alley, Yard sale, Colorfest.  There is a 30 day cancellation policy.  IF you cancel inside of a 30 day period of check-in, you will not be entitled to a refund.  Please be sure of your plans prior to booking the holidays or special events.  Guests normally book these events at least 60 days prior.  If you cancel 30 days or less, prior to the event, it can be very difficult for us to re-book those dates.   If you have specific questions, please call or email.  Please consider the purchase of "trip Insurance" so you are covered for any emergency situations.
We do not endorse any one particular company for trip insurance however TravelGaurd insurance seems to have the most reasonable trip cancellation insurance quotes. Be sure to look at trip cancellation, not a comprehensive all inclusive trip insurance which includes medical, etc...
